Individual Work Space
errant artSpace is located just over the Bay St Bridge in Vic West and includes six individual work spaces ranging in area from approx. 120 sq. ft. - 275 sq. ft.
Rents range from approx. $500.00 - $750.00 per month.
All rents include heat/hydro, wifi, liability insurance, access to free parking, and participation in all group shows in the gallery space. There is also a small kitchenette and access to a deck.
Artists sign a lease for a one year term with the option to extend and provide post-dated cheques for each 12 month period.
